When you're barely 3 feet tall and just learning to tie your shoes, the world can be an overwhelming and sometimes scary place. It is with this in mind that Kids' Safety City in Bridgeview holds various safety programs to teach kids ages 4 to 9 how to be safe at home and beyond.
